I suspect this is because of an incorrect algorithm for detecting rally hack from Blitzkrieg.Hacks can (unintentionally)force the parameter to be of a unit that the player does not have at all so those Zerg players were almost definitely using a rally hack and Protoss players can mind control a SCV so let's not rule that out yet.
